Senior Manager, FP&A

We're partnered with a well-established global industrial company in search of a Senior Manager, FP&A to join its corporate finance team. This is a high-visibility role supporting executive leadership and driving financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic decision support across a complex, multi-entity organization.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys business partnership and wants exposure to senior leadership in a dynamic operating environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities.
- Analyze financial performance, trends, risks, and operational drivers across multiple business units.
- Develop executive-level reporting packages, dashboards, and presentations.
- Build financial models to support strategic initiatives, investments, and resource allocation decisions.
- Partner with finance and operational leaders to improve reporting accuracy and decision-making.
- Perform variance analysis and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
- Support process improvement initiatives focused on reporting efficiency and forecasting accuracy.
- Contribute to quarterly business reviews and management presentations.
- Assist with market, industry, and competitor analysis to support strategic planning efforts.
What They're Looking For:
- 7+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience in a multi-site, manufacturing, distribution, industrial, or diversified operating environment is highly valued.
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $150,000-175,000
• Target bonus: 30%
