JOB DESCRIPTION:CSR/Inside Sales Rep

Qualifications:

1.   10 years’ minimum experience in steel (or iron/steel) foundry in O&G segment.  Experience in C/M and R/T is a plus. 

2.   Good technical aptitude with respect to foundry processes, terminology, and standard product designs within customer segments.

3.   Good communication and problem-solving skills with respect to being self-directed at times.

4.   Ability to interact with customers and our internal departments to understand and explain issues.  Good with organization and follow-up.

5.   Ability to understand and react to market trends about pricing, forecasts, cost control, etc.

6.   Advance user of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Teams.

7.   Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Job Description:

1.   Ability to cultivate customer projects, programs and opportunities based upon established customer confidence in the market. Follows up on leads and inquires on current customer base. Willing to travel to customers to follow up and meet face-to-face if required. 

2.   Assists in the coordination of customer orders utilizing the customer expeditor teams located at Acerlan Matrix Metals and Sanmar Matrix Metals Foundries.

3.   Coordinates with the outside vendors to ensure/adherence to OTD, PPM and service requirements set forth by customers. 

4.   Ability to prospect and develop new accounts coming from our website or general inquiries.

5.   Assists with responsibility for open orders, newly received and acknowledgement process along with the customer expeditor teams.

6.   Act as go-between with the customer and the foundry on all issues including quality, delivery, pricing, quotations, and A/R collection.

7.   Works on behalf of all foundry locations: Acerlan Matrix Metals (Mexico) and Sanmar Matrix Metals (India)
