Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Business Development / Sales Professional to help grow our client base, build long-term relationships, and secure large-scale projects. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, strategic thinker, and results-driven professional with experience in sales, business development, or account management.


Key Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have

  • Strong sales and business development experience, especially with large projects and long-term client relationships
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to build trust, influence clients, and negotiate effectively
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to balance short-term goals and long-term growth
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a results-focused approach


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Experience in construction or a related industry preferred
  • Proven success in winning large-scale projects and managing key client accounts


Additional Requirements

  • Ability to work at a desk and use a computer for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed
  • Willingness to travel to job sites and client locations when required
