🚀 Now Hiring: Billing Analyst (Hybrid - Nashville, TN) 🚀

💼 The Details:
- 📍 Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid schedule initially, with a future transition to fully on-site).
- ⏰ Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Great work-life balance, minimal to no OT).
- 💵 Pay Rate: Up to $22.00/hr (Depending on experience).
- 📅 Duration: Long-term project contract through 12/31/2026 (With potential for extension).
🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:
- Executing day-to-day corporate billing processes and interfacing critical financial data into the ERP system.
- Generating timely, on-demand invoices and adjustments in line with strict corporate compliance guidelines.
- Partnering closely with internal teams to track down missing billing information and uploading finalized invoices to customer portals.
- Preparing monthly billing reconciliations, tracking key metrics, and playing an active role in month-end close.
🎯 What We Are Looking For:
- Education/Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration OR 2+ years of relevant corporate invoicing/billing experience.
- Technical Skills: Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency is a strict requirement for this role.
- Bonus Points: Prior experience with Oracle (or similar enterprise ERP/AR systems) and exposure to the Media Industry are major pluses!
- Soft Skills: A meticulous eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to hit aggressive deadlines.
