Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Bilingual HR Specialist to join the team due to an immediate vacancy. This individual will play a key role in supporting HR operations across both the manufacturing plant and corporate office. The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working directly with hourly employees in a dynamic environment.

Schedule & Work Environment

Monday–Friday with flexible hours

Must be available after the second shift at the plant (starting around 1pm)

Fully onsite role with time split between plant floor and corporate HQ

Required Skills and Experience

• 3-5+ years of experience in HR
• Experience working with hourly staff
• Tech Savvy
• Good soft skills/professionalism- someone that can show initiative
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (reading & writing)
• Autonomous thinker (problem solver, etc

Nice to Have Skills and Experience

• Associate's degree
• Manufacturing/Construction/banking industry experience

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
