Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech), Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA/MSc-IT).


• 3-5 years of experience with hands-on software development.


• Experience in designing and delivering at least 2-3 projects in a technology organization.


• Strong knowledge of Java Frameworks and Backend Technologies.


• Familiarity with OOPS concepts, multithreading, and performance optimization.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong code review skills.


• Proficiency in GenAI is a plus.


• Knowledge of Cloud Technologies such as Public cloud: AWS or others is beneficial.


• Experience with NodeJS is advantageous.


• Familiarity with Frontend Technologies like ReactJS, Angular, or Vue is desirable.


• Understanding of Database (SQL/No-SQL), Streams, Containers, Serverless programming, etc., is beneficial.


• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
