What We're Looking For

The Enterprise Systems Analyst I works with the team to analyze business problems to be solved with automated systems.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Assists team to support and maintain software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide applications associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of data for internal department planning and activities
• Works with the team to perform configuration, setup, and updating of applications, including table definitions and access control
• Supports team by entering and ensuring validity of data entered into established tables, fields and system databases
• Contributes to analyzing, designing and implementing extensions and tailored solutions required for aligning packaged applications to meet functional business requirements and specifications. Ensures data security is designed into each developed application
• Supports the team by producing reports using query and flexible reporting tools to meet the requirements of business management and staff
• Sets up user access and trains users on applications
• Participates in supporting system upgrades, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and deployment. Facilitates testing of enhancements, fixes, patches and upgrades
• Provides timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of customer
• Works with the team to ensure availability and performance of systems and application environments through proactive as well as reactive analysis and maintenance. Identifies and coordinates health checks related to architecture and tuning efforts
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelors Degree
• No previous experience is required
• Equivalency: Equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
