Senior Executive – Social Media

Role Purpose

To strategically manage and coordinate SOBHA’s organic social media presence, ensuring consistent brand storytelling, strong governance, and meaningful audience engagement through effective collaboration with internal copy and design teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the organic social media strategy and content planning across social media platforms
• Coordinate with copy, design, video, and internal stakeholders for execution.
• Ensure brand consistency, tone, and visual standards across all social content.
• Oversee community engagement and reputation management.
• Monitor trends, platform updates, and best practices relevant to premium brands.
• Track organic performance and share insights for continuous improvement.

• Strong understanding of organic social media platforms and brand storytelling.
• Excellent coordination, briefing, and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and strong brand custodianship mindset.
• Calm, responsible communicator with reputation sensitivity.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in organic social media management for premium or corporate brands.
• Real estate, luxury, or design-led industry experience preferred.
