Social Media Executive

Company: Bachpan Play School,Head office

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the school's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, captions, graphics, and videos.
• Promote school activities, admissions, events, and the overall brand image through digital platforms.
• Develop monthly content calendars and schedule regular social media posts.
• Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all social media channels.
• Monitor social media performance, analyze insights, and prepare regular reports.
• Respond professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries received through social media platforms.
• Increase followers, engagement, and admission leads through organic and paid campaigns.
• Coordinate with school branches to collect photos, videos, and updates for content creation.
• Plan and execute paid promotions and advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).

Candidate Profile

• Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Creative, energetic, and enthusiastic personality.
• Good understanding of current social media trends and digital marketing practices.
• Basic graphic designing skills using Canva or similar tools.
• Ability to create engaging visual and written content.
• Experience in social media management and content creation will be an added advantage.
