- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Service Catalog modules
- Develop workflows, business rules, Script Includes, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer solutions
- Architect and maintain CMDB data models, CI relationships, governance frameworks, and data integrity standards
- Build and customize portals using ServiceNow Portal / Employee Center
- Develop Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Virtual Agent solutions, approval workflows, and automation processes
- Implement and manage integrations using REST APIs, Integration Hub, and Orchestration
- Configure Event Management integrations with enterprise monitoring tools
- Support platform administration activities including upgrades, patching, instance configuration, and performance tuning
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation processes
- Optimize platform performance, scalability, governance, and security
- Conduct code reviews and enforce ServiceNow development best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams for solution delivery
- Mentor junior developers and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
- Strong experience in ServiceNow Development and Administration
- Expertise in:
- ITSM

- Flow Designer
- Hands-on experience with:
- REST API Integrations
- Orchestration
- Predictive Intelligence
- Now Assist
- CI/CD Automation
- Strong scripting knowledge in:
- JavaScript
- JSON
- GlideScript
- jQuery
- Experience building custom portals using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and Jelly scripts
- Strong understanding of enterprise ServiceNow architecture and governance
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
- Knowledge of BMC/xMatters
- Experience with ServiceNow Employee Center / Portal Framework
- Exposure to automation and AI capabilities within ServiceNow platform
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Preferred
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Candidates should be comfortable working in evening shift timings (1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST)
- Face-to-face interview availability in Chennai is mandatory if shortlisted
