Role Purpose
Tactical operational role to assist ensuring that business as usual processes are delivered on time. This resource will be the responsible person for their area of specialization and will be pivotal in completing tasks in their realm of influence. They will also engage in strategic company initiatives by engaging with high value-add tasks that lead to operational excellence and transformation within their remit.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
This role will specialize on owning specific tasks within the areas of the business where their help is most needed such as maintaining the GCS organization services portfolio, administering team member request processes, performing billing or bookings calculations, administering tools, monitoring data quality, as well as basic data analysis and reporting, etc.
Tools: Ensure that Services applications assigned to you within your remit are used consistently across the various regions to verify accuracy in all data reporting and functional uses of the tools which may include Team Member Requests,Certinia, Salesforce, and other internal systems.
Metrics: Use basic data visualization techniques to enhance translation of data and findings into understandable documents or team metric boards which informs the business of valuable insights.
Analysis: Create and leverage basic analytical approaches to perform analysis of specific source data to provide accurate statements and conclusions.
Portfolio Management: Maintain best practice process documentation, templates, integrations, and workflow mappings as appropriate for areas of specialization, liaising with the business as required to ensure enablement on best practices and standardized procedures with cross-functional teams such as services, partners, product, legal, finance, marketing, sales, operations functions, or support.
Sales Support: Support services sales cycle as applicable for accurate quote configuration or commercial documentation.
Operational Excellence: Work on assignments in initiatives as applicable to their remit and deliver within the various levels of timelines and expectations set.
