Key Responsibilities

Test Strategy & Quality Architecture

• Define and implement end-to-end QA strategies for enterprise and telecom applications
• Design scalable test frameworks aligned with automation-first principles
• Ensure coverage across functional, integration, regression, and system testing layers

Test Automation Engineering

• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, WebdriverIO, or Protractor
• Implement Behavior Driven Development (BDD) using Cucumber and related frameworks
• Apply Test Driven Development (TDD) practices for early defect prevention

API & Integration Testing

• Perform API testing using Postman and SoapUI
• Validate system integration workflows across distributed systems
• Ensure data consistency and reliability across integrated services

Performance & Non-Functional Testing

• Conduct performance testing using JMeter
• Analyze system performance under load and optimize testing strategies
• Ensure application scalability and stability under high traffic conditions

Test Management & Execution

• Manage test cycles using tools like Zephyr
• Handle test data management for complex test environments
• Execute regression, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end testing activities

Accessibility & Compliance Testing

• Perform accessibility testing using tools like JAWS
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and usability requirements

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with development, product, and DevOps teams to ensure quality at every stage
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide QA inputs during sprint planning
• Drive defect tracking, reporting, and resolution processes

Leadership & Ownership

• Lead QA initiatives with strong ownership mindset
• Mentor junior QA engineers and guide automation best practices
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and frameworks
