Role & responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to support people initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Support talent budgeting and workforce planning in line with the Annual Business Plan (ABP).
- Drive implementation of the Performance Management System in alignment with corporate guidelines.
- Identify and implement targeted interventions for performance enhancement, including action plans for employees on Performance Improvement Plans (PIP).
- Support retention of key talent through succession planning, career development discussions, and targeted development initiatives.
- Creating and deploying L&D Framework for capability building(Behavioural) at individual and group level in collaboration with L&D.
- Strengthen employee connect initiatives to drive cultural alignment and improve talent engagement.
- Leverage analytics to deliver insights on cost, hiring trends, workforce composition, and retention patterns to drive informed decision-making.
- Ensure proactive compliance with statutory requirements across locations, enabling seamless business operations.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Essential Qualification : MBA Human Resources
- Experience : 6 to 10 years
