Role & responsibilities

Operations & Compliance

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure audit readiness.

HR Systems & Data Management

• Administer HRIS and ensure data accuracy.
• Generate HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making.

Employee Engagement & Support

• Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and handle grievance management.

Process Improvement

• Identify gaps and implement best practices to enhance HR operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

• Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 12–14 years of experience in HR operations, preferably within the automobile or manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
