Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused Senior Executive – Marketing to drive brand visibility, agency management, influencer collaborations, and local marketing initiatives. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and agencies, and a hands-on approach to ensuring seamless execution of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience working with D2C brands, preferably within the beauty, skincare, personal care, or lifestyle industry.
Key Responsibilities
Agency & Vendor Management
- Manage and coordinate with creative, social media, influencer, ATL/BTL, and regional marketing agencies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for agency partners and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Oversee agency performance, timelines, and campaign outcomes.
- Manage the onboarding and coordination of regional agencies, including the upcoming Kerala marketing agency partnership.
- Own and manage the brand content calendar across digital and social media platforms.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for content creation and approvals.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across Instagram, Facebook, community groups, local digital platforms, and brand-owned channels.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers and creators.
- Lead negotiations on commercials, content deliverables, and usage rights.
- Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, from briefing to execution and reporting.
- Drive cost efficiencies while maintaining campaign effectiveness.
- Manage and optimize Google Business Listings and local discovery platforms.
- Execute localized marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and store traffic.
- Work closely with regional teams to activate marketing initiatives in local communities and groups.
- Ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Retail, Design, Content, Brand, Operations, and External Partners.
- Drive project timelines and proactively resolve execution bottlenecks.
- Act as a key facilitator to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time and with quality.
- Serve as an external-facing representative of the brand for agencies, influencers, partners, and vendors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.
- Provide hyper-care support during critical campaign launches and high-priority projects.
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing, or Agency Management.
- Experience with D2C brands is mandatory.
- Prior experience in Beauty, Personal Care, Cosmetics, Fashion, or Lifestyle brands will be preferred.
- Strong agency and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience handling influencer marketing campaigns and negotiations.
- Good understanding of content marketing and social media platforms.
- Strong project management and coordination abilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
