Salary Range: 35,000 45,000 per month

About the Role
LOHIA Auto is looking for a dynamic and execution-focused Senior HR Executive to manage recruitment, HR operations, employee coordination, and performance management processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in MPS, KRA, KPI tracking, employee engagement, and HR process management.
The role requires strong ownership, communication skills, process discipline, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Hiring
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical positions.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring.
- Source candidates through portals, references, LinkedIn, and recruitment vendors.
- Schedule interviews and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate offer release, salary discussions, and onboarding.
HR Operations
- Manage joining formalities and employee documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and HR MIS reporting.
- Support employee lifecycle management from onboarding to exit.
- Maintain HR policies and process compliance.
Performance Management
- Coordinate MPS, KRA, and KPI implementation across departments.
- Track employee performance review timelines.
- Prepare monthly HR performance reports and dashboards.
- Follow up with departments for appraisal and review processes.
Employee Engagement & Coordination
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
- Handle employee concerns and maintain professional work culture.
- Coordinate training and development activities.
- Assist in HR audits and compliance documentation.
Key Result Areas (KRA)
- Timely closure of open positions.
- Accuracy of HR records and documentation.
- Smooth onboarding and employee coordination.
- Effective KRA/KPI tracking and reporting.
- Employee retention and engagement support.
- Timely submission of HR reports and MIS.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Recruitment closure TAT.
- Offer-to-joining conversion ratio.
- Employee retention percentage.
- Accuracy in attendance and HR records.
- Monthly HR MIS completion.
- Employee query resolution turnaround time.
Candidate Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 36 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Knowledge of MPS, KRA, KPI, and HR reporting systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong command over MS Excel and HR reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently with ownership mindset.
