Role & responsibilities :
Assistant Manager HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and separations.
- Coordinate payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records management.
- Administer and maintain HRIS/HRMS, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, and analytics reports for management review.
- Drive HR process improvements, digitization, and automation initiatives.
- Provide timely resolution of employee queries and support HR service delivery.
- Partner with business stakeholders to enhance operational effectiveness and employee experience
Preferred candidate profile :
- Proven hands-on experience in managing HR Operations, including employee lifecycle management, HR processes, and compliance activities.
- Strong expertise in HR MIS, data management, analytics, and preparation of HR reports and dashboards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced skills in data analysis, reporting, formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and dashboard creation.
