We are hiring for a Sales coach / Sales Trainer.
We're seeking an experienced Sales Coach to join our international voice process team, responsible for coaching and developing our sales representatives to achieve their goals and improve performance in sales calls.

Key Responsibilities:-
- Coach sales representatives on effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies.
- Conduct regular call monitoring and feedback sessions to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement customised training programmes to address specific sales skills and knowledge gaps.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Analyse sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Provide feedback, recognition, and rewards to motivate sales representatives.
- Ensure compliance with international sales practices, regulations, and company policies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
Requirements:-
- 3+ years of sales coaching or sales management experience in an international voice process setting
- Proven track record of success in sales coaching and team development
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and best practices in international voice process
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective strategies
- Experience with sales performance metrics and analytics tools
