Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow solutions in enterprise environments.
- Handle complex identity governance issues, including debugging, code modifications, and solution enhancements.
- Configure applications, rules, workflows, custom tasks, and connectors in SailPoint.
- Manage identity lifecycle processes including provisioning, aggregation, correlation, ID refresh, and scheduling.
- Integrate SailPoint with ServiceNow for access requests and fulfillment workflows.
- Work with Active Directory (AD), AD LDS, LDAP, and other directory services.
- Support onboarding and migration of applications into SailPoint IAG platform.
- Work with databases such as Oracle, MSSQL, Sybase, and MySQL for IAM solutions.
- Build, deploy, and maintain SailPoint solutions across development, testing, and production environments.
- Perform production support, monitoring, and troubleshooting of IAM processes.
- Lead quality assurance activities including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Identify, reproduce, analyze, and escalate production issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and identity governance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for IAM integration and deployment.
