Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Defence Colony for a Relationship Officer at Unity Small Finance Bank. The Relationship Officer will focus on managing and enhancing customer relationships, promoting the bank's financial products and services, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, providing tailored financial solutions, offering exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate account records. Qualifications

• Skills in Business Relationship Management to develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Knowledge in Finance and Sales for recommending financial products and achieving sales goals
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure an exceptional client experience and build trust
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team to support overall business objectives
• Banking or financial sector experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
