Reporting to: Manager RPO

Working Days: 6 days (Monday-Saturday 3-4 days WFO)

Roles & Responsibilities

 Total 5+ years of experience and 3 + relevant in Process Automobile, Automation and Industrial Automation.

 Manage end-to-end recruitment for Process Automobile and Manufacturing business units.

 Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements for engineering and automation roles.

 Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, internal databases, and recruitment agencies.

 Screen resumes and conducts initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, and cultural fit.

 Coordinate technical interviews with engineering teams and ensure smooth interview scheduling.
