Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our recruitment team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. It's a great opportunity to gain exposure to HR best practices in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Qualifications:
- Recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Class of 2025)
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Work Location : Ambattur
Duration: 1 Year

key. Responsibilities:
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job criteria
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Communicate with candidates to provide updates and feedback
- Support onboarding activities and new hire documentation as needed
- Perform other administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned.
