- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the beverages and alcohol segment.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand the consumer base.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on branding and sales initiatives.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Consumer Business should have:
- 10-17 years of experience in National level roles in FMCG.
- Proven expertise in sales management within the FMCG industry, specifically in beverages and alcohol.
- Experience in leading and mentoring high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and business opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using data-driven insights to make strategic decisions.
