Material Management Engineer

Role & responsibilities

1. Maintain, clean and safe work place at our work area.

2. Ensure crane and there all function in good condition.

3. Ensure all handling and cutting equipments are available.

4. Ensure all lifting belts in good condition.

5. Receiving mother coils & unpacking of the mother coils.

6. Understanding delivery instruction & packing cards on slit and lamination products.

7. Support to stock taking activity.

8. Changing locations of Mother coils, Slitted products, WIP in the factory.

9. Handling of scrap and there dispatch.

10. Dispatch the products as per given plan by supervisor.

11. Having good helpful communication with other operator.

12. Handling to lorry drivers and communicate with them as per company safety rules.

13. Handling of mother coil packing material on daily basis.

14. Suggest and implement cost saving ideas.

15. Review and maintenance daily check sheet,

16. Intimate the issues if any to Supervisor and Manager.

17. Provide support/guidance for problem resolution of machine.

18. Ensure proper supply of raw material for the line.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Famlier with Crane handling, operation and there maintains points understanding.

2. Knowledge about PPE, safety rules.

3. Knowledge about SEAPRO Function area.

4. Sound knowledge of crane and there parts.

1. Team work and positive attitude.

2. Target and result oriented.

3. Good / Proper communication skills.

4. Good listener.

5. Follow instruction of seniors.
