Job Description
Role Purpose:
We are hiring for the role of Manager – Petroleum Sales. This is an Individual Contributor role reporting to the Head of Business. In your role, you will be instrumental in advancing our mission by working on deploying our digital payments solutions across various refueling stations. You will be responsible for interacting with energy and mobility partners at the Enterprise level to customize solutions and provide integration into the overall billing & inventory ecosystem of the partner. You will also be tasked with maintaining and deepening existing relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Acquisition: You will work closely with the leadership team to prospect and acquire new merchants at the enterprise level, by following the prescribed sales procedure including tendering and negotiations.
- Relationship Management: You will be engaged in deepening the existing relationships by continuously meeting the evolving requirements of the clients through our innovative suite of products and services.
- Product Knowledge: You will continuously enhance your product knowledge by undergoing various trainings and sessions to deepen your understanding of the product as well as the energy, mobility and payments ecosystem.
- Sales Process & Reporting: You will participate in periodic sales reviews and present your findings as well as insights to improve conversion. You will be responsible for following all due processes. Market Knowledge: You will be expected to keep yourself updated on latest developments in energy, mobility and payments ecosystem.
Qualification:
Postgraduate (MBA or Equivalent) with bachelor's in engineering Preferred Previous Experience Enterprise Sales of Banking, Digital Payments – Fintech, Insurance, Preferred.
