The team partners effectively with the business leaders, providing strategic talent advice to work in an integrated manner, leveraging solutions and best practices. The teams are responsible for enabling the business, driving the engagement of our people locally and bringing our strategy and EVP to life.

The team includes workstreams like, Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Mobility, Compensation and benefit and enabling functions like HR systems, Operations, People Data Reporting and Analytics. They also leverage our global strength and scalability to drive HR-related technology, projects and processes that allow EY to deliver against the changing requirements to enable success. The core focus of the team is to ensure an exceptional EY experience lasts a lifetime.

  Your key responsibilities 

 Technical Excellence 

  • PositionManagerEmployee Engagement, Policies & Processes, Recognition Role Drive the management, optimization, and scaling of the firms employee engagement & experience agenda including the framework of policies & processes and recognition, as a key contributor within the People Capability and Strategy COE, supporting the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise wide talent initiatives. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implementation of talent policies and processes, recognition frameworks and driving employee engagement.
  • End-to-end execution of talent programs, including planning, coordination, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Developing toolkits, communication material, and enablement resources
  • Support EVP activation through storytelling, employee touchpoints, and collaboration with communications teams.
  • Play an active role in change enablement by supporting rollout plans, adoption tracking.
  • Track program metrics, prepare insights, and support reporting for leadership reviews.


  •   Skills and attributes 

     To qualify for the role you must have 
     Qualification 
  • \tHands-on experience in program management, coordination and execution

  •  Experience 
  • 6-10 years of experience in Talent Development/ Employee engagement/ Recognition in a COE capacity with a large multinational organisation
