Key Responsibilities

Test Planning & Execution

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for UI, API, and back-end systems within SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
• Support test planning, traceability, and reporting for application changes

Performance & Load Testing

• Implement advanced performance and load testing strategies for critical enterprise applications using JMeter, BlazeMeter, and HP Load Runner
• Monitor application scalability and reliability, analyze bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations
• Perform network and infrastructure layer testing to ensure end-to-end system performance

Automation & CI/CD Integration

• Build and maintain AI-assisted automated test cases using tools such as Selenium, Silk Test, and Jira
• Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and GitLab
• Optimize intelligent test case creation and maintenance for efficiency and reliability

Collaboration & Governance

• Work closely with product, development, security, and infrastructure teams to define test scope and exit criteria
• Contribute to QA governance by developing documentation, dashboards, and performance metrics
• Ensure data privacy and compliance through test data management and validation of proper masking

Analytics & Reporting

• Develop dashboards and reports (Power BI preferred) to provide visibility into QA readiness, performance, and test metrics
• Track KPIs and metrics to support continuous improvement in quality processes

Platform & Tool Expertise

• Leverage Azure Databricks and Azure Functions for integration and testing of data-driven applications
• Ensure effective use of collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Confluence for documentation
