Job Description: Senior Finance Executive

Role overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior MIS Executive to join our finance team. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accurate month-end closures, preparing complex financial reports, and managing audits for our parent and global subsidiaries. The role requires advanced data visualization skills, strong analytical capabilities, and proficiency in financial standards (IND AS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting Operations: Oversee day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate month-end closing of books.
• Month-End Closure: Ensure timely month-end closure of expenses, provisions, revenue, and its reconciliation.
• MIS Reporting: Prepare comprehensive MIS reports, including P&L for parent and global subsidiaries, cash flows, and debtor aging reports.
• Variance Analysis: Variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget) to provide insights into performance gaps.
• Inter-departmental Coordination: Follow up and discuss MIS data with various departments to ensure data accuracy.
• Dashboards & Visualization: Create and manage dynamic dashboards for revenue and expense analysis by company, location, and product.
• Management Reporting: Prepare detailed PPTs for Board and Management meetings.
• Taxation: Maintain a working knowledge of TDS, GST, and Income Tax.
• Support Financial Consolidation: Prepare financial statements (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly) in compliance with Ind AS.
• Audit support: Support statutory and tax audits for parent and global subsidiaries.

Technical Proficiency:

• ERP: Experience in Microsoft 365 Business Central is highly preferred.
• Data Tools: Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Power BI as added advantage

Experience & Qualifications:

• Experience: 4-6 years in MIS reporting, data analytics, or financial reporting roles.
• Education: CA/CMA Inter, CA/CMA Final Dropout or MBA (Finance) preferred.

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
