About The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Chartered Accountant for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function for our manufacturing operations in West Africa. This is a strategic expatriate role offering high tax-free savings and complete family benefits, ideal for first-time international candidates with a strong and stable professional track record.

Key Responsibilities FP&A Leadership

• Lead and manage the entire FP&A function including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
• Build and maintain robust financial models to support manufacturing operations and business expansion
• Analyze cost structures, plant performance, and operational efficiency
• Deliver variance analysis and actionable insights to leadership
  
  

Manufacturing Finance

• Drive plant-level financial planning and cost control mechanisms
• Analyze production costs, inventory, and working capital efficiency
• Ensure accurate product costing and margin analysis
• Partner with plant and operations teams for performance improvement
  
  

Business Partnering

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to support decision-making
• Identify business risks and opportunities
• Support strategic initiatives, capex planning, and profitability improvement
  
  

Financial Controls & Compliance

• Ensure strong internal controls and adherence to financial policies
• Support audits and regulatory compliance
  
  

Reporting & Stakeholder Management

• Present financial performance to senior leadership and global teams
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities
  
  

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10+ years of experience
• Mandatory experience in manufacturing industry
• Strong expertise in FP&A, costing, budgeting, and financial modeling
• Proven experience handling plant finance or manufacturing operations
• Stable career track record (preferred: longer tenures, no frequent job changes)
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in dynamic and challenging environments
