Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and communication-driven Inbound Associate to manage incoming enquiries and ensure efficient lead routing to the Academic Counselling team. This role serves as the first point of contact for prospective learners and plays a critical role in maintaining a seamless admission funnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and enquiries from prospective learners in a professional manner
• Understand learner requirements and capture relevant details accurately
• Qualify and assign leads to the appropriate Academic Counsellors
• Maintain and update records in CRM systems with high accuracy
• Ensure timely lead allocation and minimize turnaround time
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead flow and follow-ups

Eligibility Criteria

• Excellent verbal communication skills with clarity and confidence
• Female Candidate Preffered
• Language Requirements:
• Mandatory: Hindi & English
• Additionally: Proficiency in any one or more — Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, or Tamil
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in inbound calling, customer support, or similar roles
• Comfortable working in a high-volume calling environment
