Job Description

Position: Bulk Recruiter – Non-IT

Experience: 2–5 Years

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Bulk Recruiter – Non-IT to manage high-volume hiring across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and coordinating end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring mandates while ensuring quality talent acquisition within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk/non-IT hiring requirements across functions.
  • Handle large-scale hiring drives including walk-ins, campus drives, job fairs, and virtual hiring events.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and database management.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fitment.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and candidate onboarding coordination.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring dashboards, and MIS reports.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring bulk requirements.
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Meet hiring SLAs, closure targets, and recruitment KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in bulk hiring / volume hiring for Non-IT roles.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment channels.
  • Experience in hiring for entry-level to mid-level business roles.
  • Good understanding of recruitment metrics, MIS reporting, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ATS, and recruitment tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to walk-in drives and mass hiring campaigns.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Darwinbox or similar platforms is preferred.
