HR Representative - HR Automation analyst

Job Description:

The role holder will actively support the India Benefits SMEs with documenting and testing large scale automation projects. The person will also work with the team to identify incremental areas of improvement in the current processes and work on intelligent Automation solutions such as Alteryx, UiPath and other tools. The role holder will also actively work with the team to develop a capacity plan and ascertain the ideal staffing requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Automations (Understanding / documenting business requirement and testing solutions developed):

a) Document functional specifications and requirements in collaboration with Benefits SMEs, Technology SMEs etc. for automation solutions

b) Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate functionality and performance of automation solutions, in collaboration with multiple stakeholders across Benefits, Technology etc.

c) Document and report defects, inconsistencies and issues found during testing. Re-test resolved defects, as needed

d) Identify automation opportunities for processes performed by India Benefits and where possible collaborate with SMEs to develop in-house solutions using Intelligent Automation tools such as Alteryx, UiPath etc.

2. Capacity planning & tracking:

a) Develop a comprehensive capacity plan for the India Benefits team via existing document analysis, team interviews and benchmarking industry best practices.

b) Support the Benefits team by assessing potential time save for multiple ongoing & planned automations / projects and track RoI

3. Prepare dashboards and metrics to present to senior management, as and when required

4. Perform other jobs and duties as required by the function.

Required Skills:

• Master in Business Administration (MBA) or any other equivalent degree
• Work Experience of 5+ years, with a minimum of three years experience in HR
• Prior experience as business analyst / tester in HR softwares and solutions is preferred
• Proficient in HR Systems and intelligent Automation tools such as Alteryx, UiPath and such
• Ability to effectively interface with multiple stakeholders and present complex ideas clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to provide a high level of customer service and also drive customer service orientation in team.
• Ability to partner with other functional areas to accomplish objectives.
