HR Generalist – Chennai
We are hiring an HR Generalist with experience in Payroll Processing, Recruitment & Onboarding, Statutory Compliance, Employee Relations, and PMS activities.
Experience: 5–8 Years
Location: Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end payroll processing
* Recruitment coordination and onboarding
* Handling PF, ESI, PT, and other statutory compliances
* Employee engagement and grievance handling
* Performance Management System (PMS) coordination
* Maintaining HR records and HR operations
Skills Required:
* Good knowledge of labor laws and HR processes
* Hands-on experience in payroll and compliance
* Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS
* Good communication and coordination skills
