Job Description



Hi

We are looking for HR Executive for South - West Location (base location will be Pune), Immediate joiner (Should be flexible for travel)


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with centers in the respective region for HR operational issues, grievances, and queries.
  • Ensure the recruitment on time proficiently.
  • Maintain conducive work environment and promote learning culture across all centers.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of human resources.
  • Escalate unresolved HR issues to Manaer-HR if not resolved within 3 days.
  • Assist Talent Acquisition Team with hiring processes.
  • Share pre-joining documents with Talent Acquisition Manager and Maintain joining details tracker.
  • Ensure pre-employment medical examination for new hires.
  • Conduct pre-joining and post-joining follow-ups and Provide contact details of center managers for new joiners.
  • Coordinate with HR Operations for ID cards and uniforms and Coordinate new joiners' inductions and provide necessary support.
  • Maintain induction records and Submit exit clearance forms for separated employees.
  • Coordinate with HRBP for incident reports, warning letters, and separation letters.
  • Ensure attendance punching compliance and Speak to employees and center in-charges daily for updates.
  • Prepare and organize employee engagement activities and Prepare HR training calendar and organize sessions.
  • Track employee confirmations and submit confirmation review forms and Verify OT sheets and resolve related queries and Ensure duty roster upload on HRMS portal.
  • Promptly update Compensation and Benefit Manager and HRBP about changes.
  • Verify vendor invoices for outsourced services and Keep employee files audit-ready.
  • Assist Compliance Manager with TLD badges renewal and Other assigned roles and responsibilities
  • Keep track of consultant agreements and renewal dates.
  • Daily reporting to Manager-HR.

Requirements:

  • Post Graduate in Human Resource Management.
  • Behavioural skills: empathy, communication, teamwork, conflict resolution, innovation, strategic vision, instructional design, human behavioural science.
  • Technical skills: Advanced Excel, communication, presentation, management, job portals, Boolean search, sourcing, HRMS.
  • Experience: 2 to 5 years.
  • Languages known: English, Hindi, Regional Language.
  • Location: Pune.

Kindly Note: Working Days- 6days.

This job will be travel based with covering West & South
