- Align HR initiatives with business goals
- Manage HRMS platforms, ensuring data accuracy, reporting, and process improvements

- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field MBA in HR preferred)
- 4 6 years of progressive HR experience with exposure across multiple HR functions
- Hands-on experience with MyWorkday HRMS and HR analytics/reporting tools
- Demonstrated experience in partnering with business leaders and managing stakeholders
- Strong understanding of talent management, employee engagement, L&D, and talent acquisition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving ability with a data-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
