Job Title: HR Recruiter (1 Year Experience)
Location: Noida (5 Days Work From Office)
Experience Required: 6 months-1.5 Years

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with 1 year of experience to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for non-IT and finance roles, ensuring a smooth hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for non-IT and finance roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Assist in employer branding initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably handling non-IT and finance roles
• Good understanding of hiring processes and job portals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
