Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain HR analytics dashboards to provide insights on employee data, turnover rates, and other key performance indicators.
- Design and implement effective MIS reports using Advanced Excel to track HR metrics such as headcount, absenteeism, and retention rates.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that drive strategic decision-making in the organization.
- Provide expert-level support for complex HR projects by analyzing large datasets, identifying trends, and recommending actionable recommendations.
Job Requirements :
- 7-17 years of experience in an HR role with a focus on analytics or reporting.
- Advanced MS Excel skills including pivot tables, macros, and visualizations (e.g., dashboards).
- Experience creating MIS reports using various tools like Power BI or Tableau is desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of HR concepts such as workforce planning, talent management, compensation & benefits.
