Job Description

Role & responsibilities


Drive Corporate Revenue Growth by building partnerships with Corporates / TPAs/ Insurers / Health Aggregators and ensuring strong on-ground execution of corporate healthcare programs for working women and families.


Key responsibilities

  • Own the corporate sales plan, Annual Targets, Key Accounts, and Growth Priorities
  • Acquire new corporate accounts and partnerships (corporates, TPAs/ insurers / Health aggregators/ wellness partners)
  • Manage key relationships with HR / CHRO / benefits teams
  • Drive execution of corporate wellness programs.
  • Coordinate internally with Unit Heads, Doctors, Operations, Finance, Billing/ TPA Desk, Marketing, and Customer Experience to deliver smooth service and seamless corporate employee experience.
  • Track performance pipeline, conversions, revenue retention, and program utilization
  • Own Commercial Hygiene pricing inputs, profitability checks, receivables follow-up with TPAs/Insurance Companies / Health Aggregators
  • Lead and coach the corporate sales team, set goals, and drive execution discipline.

Must have skills.

  • Strong B2B enterprise selling and negotiation skills (Corporate HR/benefits ecosystem).
  • Ability to convert strategy into execution – program launch , cross-functional co-ordination and problem solving
  • Understanding of healthcare sales models, including TPAs, cashless processes, and corporate benefits.
  • Data-driven way of working (sales pipeline management, dashboards, and reviews).

Education Qualification: MBA


Experience: 10-12 Years
