The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance & Accounts Manager should have:
- Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 5+ years of post qualification experience.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing company is mandatory.
- Proven expertise in financial management and accounting practices.
- Familiarity with accounting software and tools relevant to the manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
