About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Specialist with deep expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and the full Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bridge the worlds of finance consulting and intelligent automation — designing and deploying AI agents that transform how our clients handle invoice processing, financial reconciliation, income statement preparation, and other high-value finance workflows.

This role demands a rare combination of technical depth, financial domain knowledge, and the ability to code — from Python scripting and LLM integration to API development and RPA orchestration.

Key Responsibilities

AI Agent Design & Deployment

• Design, build, and deploy intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry for finance consulting use cases.
• Configure and fine-tune LLMs (including Anthropic Claude and other models) to perform domain-specific financial tasks.
• Develop AI-driven solutions for invoice data extraction, automated income statement preparation, and financial reconciliations.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise finance systems (ERP, accounting platforms) via APIs and custom connectors.
  
  

Power Platform Development

• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end solutions using the full Microsoft Power Platform suite: Copilot Agents, Power Apps and Power Automate
• Build model-driven and canvas apps in Power Apps to support finance operations and client-facing workflows.
• Create automated workflows and approvals in Power Automate using Graph API, REST API, and custom connectors
  
  

Finance Process Automation

• Automate accounts payable and receivable workflows, including intelligent invoice extraction using AI document intelligence.
• Build AI-assisted income statement and P&L preparation pipelines, reducing manual effort and improving accuracy.
• Implement automated reconciliation workflows that compare ledger data, bank statements, and transaction records.
• Collaborate with finance SMEs and consultants to map business processes and translate them into automated solutions.
  
  

Intelligent Automation.

• Integrate RPA workflows with AI agents for end-to-end intelligent automation pipelines.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize deployed automation solutions for reliability and performance.
  
  

Technical Development & Coding

• Write clean, maintainable Python code for data processing, AI pipeline development, API integrations, and automation scripts.
• Develop and consume REST APIs and Graph APIs for Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and third-party finance systems.
• Build and publish custom connectors in Power Automate for proprietary or niche finance data sources.
  
  

Nice to Have

• Microsoft certifications: PL-400, PL-600, AI-102, DP-600, or equivalent Power Platform / Azure AI certifications.
• Experience with Anthropic Claude API or Cowork for enterprise AI workflows.
• Exposure to financial ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle Financials, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
• Experience with data orchestration tools (e.g. Azure Data Factory, Fabric) for financial data pipelines.
• Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment delivering client-facing AI/automation projects.
