Job Purpose

Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities and supporting HR operations for the skill development and education business.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
• Manage job postings on portals and LinkedIn
• Build candidate pipelines for ongoing hiring requirements
• Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback
• Maintain recruitment trackers and HR MIS reports
• Support onboarding, documentation, and employee lifecycle activities
• Assist in bulk hiring drives and employer branding initiatives
• Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities
• Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation

Eligibility

• Graduate/MBA in HR preferred
• 3 -4 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations
• Experience in education, staffing, or skill development preferred
