We are seeking an enthusiastic Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in modern web development, an ability to analyze requirements, suggest solutions, and implement them with the highest quality. The developer will also be responsible for creating and validating test cases for the features implemented. You will work in a collaborative environment to contribute to innovative solutions within the digital health space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Analysis & Solution Design:
• Understand and analyze project requirements to create effective solutions.
• Suggest possible solutions to fulfill the requirements while adhering to best practices.
• Implementation & Testing:
• Realize the project requirements by implementing them in a timely manner with high quality.
• Create and implement unit, integration, sub-system, and system-level test cases.
• Validate the implemented features and ensure they meet the defined specifications.
• Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to ensure project success.
• Work in an agile environment and continuously improve development processes and product quality.

Qualifications & Experience:

Educational Background:

• BE/B.Tech/MCA/ME/M.Tech from a reputed university.

Technical Expertise:

• 4-7 years of modern web development experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Proficiency in C#, Dot Net, and Dot Net Core for backend development.
• Experience with WebAPI development and NodeJS for server-side development.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies including JavaScript, Angular, HTML5, and CSS.
• Experience working in cloud-based environments (IaaS, PaaS), preferably with Microsoft Azure.
• Proficient in Continuous Delivery practices such as BDD, TDD, and Azure CI/CD Pipelines.

Core Skills:

• Strong OOPS programming skills.
• Experience with web security concepts such as encryption and PKI is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as an individual contributor.
• Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and thrive in an agile environment.

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

• Experience with Healthcare technologies will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and experience in working with multi-site global teams.
