Delivery Lead-Paralegal

Key Responsibilities:

• Legal entity opening and management for every new deal, working with internal and external counterparties to get the legal entities setup
• Engagement with various deal parties – i.e custodians, servicers, collateral agents, due diligence counterparties etc. – set up, on-boarding, etc.
• Review and executing NDAs w/outside counsel
• Creating processes and checklists as new asset classes/legal forms are established
• Build out robust post close monitoring with our Asset Mgmt team
• End-to-end support across deal lifecycle: term sheet review, diligence, documentation,
• closing, and post-close monitoring
•  Extensive experience reviewing and abstracting credit agreements, ABL facilities,
• unitranche structures, and bespoke financing arrangements
•  Managed closing checklists and conditions precedent for complex multi-lender
• transactions
•  Performed detailed covenant tracking (financial + operational) and compliance
• monitoring across portfolio companies
•  Supported restructuring and opportunistic credit scenarios including amendments,
• waivers, and liquidity-driven refinancings
•  Worked directly with investment professionals, legal counsel, and portfolio company
• stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB),Masters In Law(LLM), Business, Risk Management or equivalent.
• Excellent business communication – written and verbal English.
• 7+ years of experience.
• Shift Timing-7:00 pm to 3:30 am
