The Company Secretary is responsible for ensuring compliance to Secretarial and Corporate Governance. The role holder is
also responsible for managing investor relations, stock exchange and related activities as well as Corporate Social responsibility
Exp. Required
- Qualified Company Secretary
- Experience of around 5 years in Secretarial functions, preferably from IT segment
- Should be a Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India
- Should have knowledge of industrial polices laid down by Government of India and RBI
- Responsible to serve as Assistant Company Secretary and ensure compliance to statutory regulations
- Responsible for Investor Relations and Stock Exchange related activities / compliance to Exchange regulations
- Take part in Corporate Social Responsibility of the Company
