Primary Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and enhance the end-to-end sales journey on the website.
- Monitor and validate website journeys to ensure a seamless customer experience; identify issues and drive timely resolution.
- Plan and prioritize campaign activities and execution efforts in alignment with business objectives.
- Manage and address customer escalations effectively, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Generate reports, perform data extraction, and conduct analysis of website and business performance metrics.
- Extract and manage data using tools such as Adobe Analytics and Power BI.
- Utilize technical knowledge of Excel, HTML, CSS, and CMS Cockpit for operational and analytical tasks.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operations.
Required Skill Set & Qualifications:
- Graduate with 3 -4 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations.
- Proven hands-on experience in reporting, dashboard creation, and data analysis.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to evaluate processes from the end-user perspective.
- Proficiency in data tools and platforms such as Excel, Adobe Analytics, and Power BI.
- Basic understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms.
- Willingness and flexibility to work in shifts as per business requirements.
