🚀 HIRING: Senior Technical Recruiters (Level IV) | 6-Month Contract | $48.67/hr 🚀
I am currently seeking six (6) Senior Technical Recruiters to join the talent acquisition team of a premier, global enterprise software and AI CRM powerhouse.

📍 Locations (Hybrid - 2-3 days/week in office): Chicago, IL | Indianapolis, IN | Atlanta, GA | McLean, VA | Austin, TX | Dallas, TX
💰 Pay Rate: $48.67 / hour W2 ⏱️ Duration: 6 Months (Starting July 2026)
📌 What You'll Do:
- Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage a high-volume portfolio of 20–25 active technical, Customer Success, and Professional Services requisitions across North America.
- Executive Advisory: Build trusted relationships with senior leadership (up to VP level), using pipeline data and market intelligence to influence hiring decisions.
- Collaborate: Partner within a high-performing team of 10–12 recruiters to meet ambitious quarterly hiring targets.
🎯 What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
- Backgrounds: A strong preference for candidates coming from Enterprise Product/SaaS companies, Big 4/Management Consulting, or top-tier technical agencies.
- Skills: High learning agility, exceptional offer negotiation skills (comfortable pushing back on both candidates and hiring managers), and a data-driven approach.
- Modern Tech Stack: Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools (Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) in your sourcing and workflow strategy is highly preferred.
