Summary of Position:

In this role, you’ll lead the full-cycle recruitment journey—from identifying hiring needs to delivering top talent that drives organizational success. You’ll craft innovative sourcing strategies, actively engage and evaluate candidates, and partner with leadership to make confident, data-driven hiring decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer stage.
  • Analyze hiring requirements and define role specifications aligned to business needs.
  • Design and execute targeted sourcing and recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to identify qualified talent.
  • Deliver data‑driven hiring recommendations to support selection decisions.


Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in HR program management or talent acquisition
  • Experience in high-urgency or fast-paced environments preferred
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or HRIS platforms
  • Experience partnering with business unit leaders on hiring initiatives and organizational changes
  • Experience developing and implementing recruiting or HR processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
