The Opportunity

As a Supply Chain Consulting - Warehouse Automation Senior Associate, you will have the chance to transform supply chains into strategic assets for our clients. Within our Operations practice, you will focus on optimizing supply chain footprints, logistics, and integrated business planning solutions to drive growth and profitability. You will collaborate with clients to develop innovative strategies that enhance their competitive advantage, making a tangible impact on their operations.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to navigate complex business issues, from strategy to execution. You will build meaningful client relationships, anticipate needs, and embrace increased ambiguity to deliver quality solutions. Your role involves mentoring others, analyzing complex concepts, and maintaining professional standards. You will use critical thinking to break down challenges and develop a deeper understanding of the business context, guiding and inspiring your team to achieve results.

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that helps organizations optimize their operations, focusing on product innovation, procurement, and manufacturing processes. • Reviewing work for quality, accuracy, and relevance to maintain professional standards
• Embracing change and adapting strategies to align with evolving business environments

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
