Manager, Supply Chain

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are partnering with a growing, high-performing organization in the pharmaceutical manufacturing space seeking a Manager, Supply Chain to lead clinical supply chain operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving GMP-compliant processes, managing daily distribution activities, and leading a team supporting clinical supply operations.

This role will report directly to the Supply Chain Director and play a critical part in ensuring products are delivered accurately, on time, and in compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across clinical supply, pre-distribution, distribution, and global trade functions
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and team performance to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Direct shipment activities to clinics, depots, and partner facilities (site and bulk shipments)
• Monitor and report on performance metrics, ensuring alignment with operational goals
• Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable for safety, quality, throughput, and cost
• Maintain and control clinical supply inventories, ensuring high accuracy through cycle counting programs
• Partner cross-functionally with quality, production, and engineering teams
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process enhancements and system optimization
• Support S&OP and capacity planning efforts
• Ensure strict adherence to cGMP standards, SOPs, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Lead investigations related to deviations and client complaints

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field
• 7–10+ years of supervisory experience in a high-volume supply chain or manufacturing environment
• Strong background in ERP systems, inventory control, and receiving operations
• Experience working in regulated environments (GMP preferred)
