What You'll Do
- Platform Architecture: Develop, deploy, and maintain multi-region, multi-cloud service platforms to ensure maximum uptime and global scalability.
- Automated CI/CD Pipelines: Build declarative infrastructure and automated release pipelines that reduce operational friction and eliminate manual touchpoints.
- Next-Gen Tooling: Lead the discovery and implementation of next-generation developer tooling, monitoring, and capacity-testing solutions across engineering teams.
- Production Readiness: Partner directly with product engineering teams to ensure code, services, and cloud environments meet strict security and performance standards.
- DevOps Advocacy: Champion data-driven engineering practices and DevOps-first principles to streamline the software delivery lifecycle.
What You Bring
- 6+ Years in DevOps/Platform Engineering: Proven expertise supporting extensive, high-scale, multi-region cloud environments.
- Strong Software Engineering Foundation: Proficient in Python, Go, or Java for developing automation tooling and custom infrastructure logic.
- Container Orchestration Mastery: Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container runtimes/schedulers in enterprise AWS environments.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Extensive experience using Terraform or CloudFormation to manage declarative cloud platforms.
- CI/CD & Security Focus: Track record of building robust deployment pipelines with a strong emphasis on security best practices and Agile distributed systems.
